RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
The items provided by https://strawberry-and-chocolate.com/ are brand new and guaranteed to be free of defects. They are the same as the traditional trade, from all listed publishers and vendors.
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at “contact@strawberry-and-chocolate.com” as soon as possible.
Return and Refund :
We are able to accept returns for defective and non-defective products or an error on our part if the product ordered is not the one received.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (cellophane/bubble wrap and the corresponding invoices).
Many types of products cannot be returned : gift cards and downloadable software.
If a returned item gets damaged during the transportation, it is the customer’s responsibility to file the claim with the carrier. No refund can be issued in this case.
We will also inform you of our decision on whether to approve or reject your claim.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
