If your order is in stock, we will process the charges to your credit card, and Transit : Handling time (days) : 1-2 days, monday to saturday. The processing of your order, the manufacturing of the products and the delivery (free of charge) require our team a maximum of 10 to 20 working days. We do our utmost to ensure that your order is processed as quickly as possible and in the best possible conditions.

Damages –

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive.  If you notice any damage to the box, DO NOT accept delivery.  Contact us immediately at contact@strawberry-and-chocolate.com

Cancellations & Refunds –

All orders cancelled after 48 hours and your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
